Spontaneous team building
Residing together on board a vessel, experiencing the beautiful Adriatic Sea, the adrenaline rush, as well as casual and fun conversations and events have a great impact on the connectedness of the team. Each participant is given enough time and plenty of opportunities to show off his/her hidden qualities (talents) and present himself or herself in the best possible way.
The organization of co-existence and the conduct of joint sailing manoeuvres only enhance mutual trust in the team.

Advanced team building
The advanced team building program includes all of the characteristics of the spontaneous team building program, but in addition, certain assignments and exercises are added to enhance organization and improve communication in the team; a key factor for successful functioning of any team.
